Specifications and feature availability vary by model and configuration. Final ratings, interfaces, accuracy class, transfer performance and compliance scope are confirmed in the approved product datasheet or project specification.

Technical architecture

Designed as part of the power chain.

Native ecosystem integration

Plug-and-play sensors connect environmental context directly to PDU or hub-based monitoring.

Configurable thresholds

Operating limits can trigger automated alerts when a local thermal, leak, smoke or security condition changes.

Rack-level response

Granular sensor placement helps teams detect localised hot spots and airflow problems hidden by room-level averages.

Rack monitoring architecture

Turn electrical and environmental conditions into operational information.

Zentronics develops monitoring solutions for data centres, server rooms, engineering laboratories and product-development environments.

The platform can bring together temperature, humidity, light, voltage, current, power, energy, airflow, differential pressure, water-leak, smoke, door-contact and application-specific sensor inputs. Monitoring can be integrated into an intelligent PDU or delivered through a standalone controller depending on the architecture.

Local interfaces support commissioning and service. Remote telemetry, alarms and historical records support operations teams that need to identify thermal, electrical or environmental changes before they affect equipment availability.

SNMP, MQTT, Ethernet, serial communication, email and Syslog options are available across applicable products. Zentronics also designs custom monitoring assemblies when the required sensor, enclosure, I/O, protocol or user interface is outside the standard range.

Specification framework

Define sensors, communications and alarm behaviour as one system.

Sensing layer

Sensor type, range, accuracy, quantity, location, cable length, calibration and replacement strategy.

Control layer

Input channels, sampling interval, local display, data retention, rules, alarm thresholds and event handling.

Integration layer

SNMP, MQTT, Ethernet, serial, email, Syslog, API or project-specific exchange with DCIM, BMS and test systems.

Exact sensor ranges, accuracy, protocols and storage functions depend on the selected controller and sensor combination.
