Technical architecture

Designed as part of the open-rack power chain.

OCP-native mechanical

Open Rack V3 form factor with rear bus-bar output coexists with standard OCP compute and storage sleds inside the same rack column.

Front-serviceable rectifiers

Hot-swap PSU cassettes are replaced from the cold aisle without shutting the shelf down, keeping the rack live during service events.

Fleet-manageable telemetry

The Rack Management Controller streams per-rectifier voltage, current, temperature and health via PMBus / I²C to facility DCIM tooling.

Rack power conversion

Conversion, supervision and distribution engineered as one subsystem.

Zentronics rack power systems combine conversion modules, control, bus structures, protection and output distribution in compact rack-ready assemblies.

Configurations can include hot-swappable power modules, centralized supervision, battery-aware operation and interfaces for platform telemetry. The architecture is adapted to the load, redundancy objective, service method, rack mechanics and upstream/downstream distribution.

For OCP and high-density compute environments, power shelves and sidecar systems form part of a larger DC path that includes busbar monitoring, rack tap-off, protection and intelligent distribution.
